The location of a wellness break is invaluable to take you away from the bustling towns and cities, relishing the time for a digital detox and that down time away from our phones, laptops and tablets as many studies have highlighted that social media is toxic to our mental health increasing stress, anxiety and depression. Wellness retreats also provide a safe environment which is absolutely perfect for couples, friends or the lone traveller wishing to connect with like minded individuals and form new friendships.


Boredom is never a problem due to lovingly structured agenda offering a variety of different experiences or free leisure time if you choose to your own company for personal reflection.

3 Nights for £520.00

This exclusive wellness experience starts from £520 per person for 3 nights (Friday to Monday) and is inclusive of Hatha Yoga, Workshops, Meditation classes, home cooked vegetarian food and a 60 minute signature treatment
