Our retreat agenda offers a blend of yoga, meditation, treatments, down time and hearty food

Whats included?

Our exclusive weekend break is over three nights and includes a variety of optional mediation and gentle yoga sessions, “perfect for the new or experienced Yogi.”

Three healthy nutritious vegetarian meals will be provided each day as well as homemade snacks and refreshments. This three night experience is also inclusive of either a 60 minute mix and match treatment, a sports massage inclusive of a free postural assessment, Swedish back massage or Reiki treatment.

Not forgetting valuable time to yourself to enjoy the tranquil gardens, hot tub or maybe just take a gentle stroll to the beach or the Buddhist monastery which only a 10 minute walk from our location.

There will also be the opportunity for you to purchase an extra 60 minute treatment over the course of the weekend.
